Recipe
Start by putting all the things on the table.
Peel the pomegranate and put the desired amount of pomegranate seeds in a bowl and set the rest aside.
Rinse the rosemary stems and set them aside.
Then start squeezing the grapefruit and lime (feel free to squeeze them in the same bowl, as long as you make sure you stir them well before pouring them into the drinking glasses).
Crush the ice to the desired size and pour into the drinking glasses.
Add grapefruit juice, lime juice, sparkling water and kombucha.
Decorate with pomegranate seeds and rosemary stems.
No kombucha in the house? No stress, folks. Just get a ready-made one – I swear by the lime and ginger flavored one (advertising link). Or be a little adventurous and make your own kombucha. Have you never made your own kombucha? Then it’s high time! It’s super easy and the result is awesome. The great thing is that you can customize your kombucha to bring out exactly the flavors you like best.
